Dental Direct work hard to ensure that customers are happy with their orders, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item we operate a no-quibbles return policy subject to the terms and conditions below. If you order an item from us and then decide you no longer require it, just return it to us within 30 days and we will credit you the cost of the item in full.

Need to send something back? No problem - we've outlined the official process, including how to obtain your essential Return Number, for a seamless experience.
Don’t worry if you don’t have the original packaging, you can use any packaging that will get back to us safely.
Please make sure your order number and return number are on the front of the parcel
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account from when the parcel is received.
