For best results, Curasept recommends a two-step routine:
- Hydrogen Peroxide Rinse - Gargle with Curasept H2O2 1% for at least 15 seconds, followed by a final rinse of 30 seconds.
- Chlorhexidine Rinse - Follow immediately with a 60-second rinse of Curasept ADS 220 0.2% Chlorhexidine Mouthwash, then gargle for at least 15 seconds.
