How to Use
- As a daily toothpaste: Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush and brush gently, twice a day (up to three times if needed), for around 2 minutes.
- For targeted relief: Apply a small amount directly onto the sensitive tooth or area with a clean finger, leave in place for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with water.
- For external use only - do not swallow. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist.
