To qualify for the free gift, you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum Spend Requirement
Your order must contain products totaling £45 or more (excluding shipping costs). The minimum spend applies to any products across our website.
Choosing Your Gift
Once your shopping cart total reaches £45 or more, you will be automatically prompted to choose one (1) of the three listed free gifts directly in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Note: If you close the prompt, you may need to refresh your cart (or enter the cart again) to ensure the gift selection option appears.

During the promotion period, you may select one of the following high-quality products as your complimentary oral health upgrade:

Limit: The offer is limited to one (1) free gift per qualifying order that meets the £45 minimum spend.
Gift Selection: The free gift must be actively selected in the cart before checkout to be included in your order. Gifts cannot be added retrospectively.
Product Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute the gift item with an item of equal or greater value if the chosen item becomes unavailable due to unexpected stock limitations.
Returns & Refunds: If the qualifying order is returned for a refund, the free gift must also be returned with the original order. If the gift is not returned or is returned used, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
