How to Use:
Rinse with 10 ml (one capful) of undiluted mouthwash for around 60 seconds, morning and evening after brushing. Can be used as part of your daily routine for up to 6 months. For best results, avoid smoking or consuming staining substances such as coffee, tea, or red wine for at least one hour after rinsing.
